464 Troubleshooting Tips:
- Struggling with an uneven finish on your candles?
- Attempt pouring the wax at a slightly higher temperature, around 2.8-5.6°C above the previous temperature used.
- Avoid allowing the candles to cool on marble or granite surfaces, as they tend to draw out heat too rapidly.
- Consider a second pour or utilise a heat gun to achieve a smoother surface.
- Experiencing a weak fragrance throw?
- Add the fragrance oil at a temperature of 85°C for best results.
- Double-check the wicking to ensure it’s appropriate for the candle size.
- Evaluate the scent throw in a properly sized space relative to the candle’s dimensions.
